What we look for
- Prior experience caring for seniors or other adults, with references we can verify (CNA or CHHA certification is welcome but not required)
- Ability to safely perform the physical tasks of caregiving, including helping residents transfer
- Ability to read, write and speak English, so residents and staff can work together safely
- Ability to pass a TB test and a thorough criminal background check
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- A caring attitude: for us this is not just a job, it is a calling
